Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are attached and the delivery note is included.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
